Our Mission:

WWASA, as the leading advocate in the Workplace Wellness sector, aims to manage, promote, and safeguard industry interests. It fosters strong connections between employer organisations and service/product providers, creating an environment which supports the growth of Workplace Wellness through its stakeholder platform.

WWASA also spearheads the development of Workplace Wellness managers through specialised education, supporting of industry research, promoting services, and setting standards, codes and policies within the Workplace Wellness industry.

WWASA champions sector and enterprise development while recognising outstanding contributions by stakeholders.

Our Vision:

We aim to guide the growth and development of the Workplace Wellness Industry, promoting best practices, and advancing the collective goals and objectives of the sector in Southern Africa, towards achieving worldwide recognition as a Workplace Wellness Industry Association.

Through the building of lasting relationships with key internal and external customers as well as alliance partners, we conduct business in an honest, transparent and ethical nature, abiding by internationally accepted business principles, best practices and trading laws.

We will be guided by the demands of stakeholders for integrity, honesty, loyalty, trustworthiness and fairness. It will insist and enforce the same principles with its members, as outlined in the WWASA Constitution and Ethical Code of Best Practice.
